Making a Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Collections, and click on any items that you wish to buy to put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order if you are not already registered with us.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from outside of the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to UK Pounds.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Maestro and American Express.
Shipping and Handling To keep things simple in the early days we are having a single rate of £5 postage per item regardless of size or weight. The only additional postage charges are for large items such as the larger rugs where an additional payment of £7.80 can be selected during the check out process.
Delivery Schedule We will aim to ship orders within two days of receipt of an order. It will then take another two days for the items to be sent by courier. If an order is not able to be shipped within these time scales we will contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed or cancel the order
Tax Charges We are not a VAT registered company and so no VAT will be added to your purchases. There may be some duty payable if you are shipping to a country outside the European Union.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption.

Returns Policy We will refund purchase price (excluding carriage) for items returned in good condition within seven days of delivery. The cost of return carriage is at customer expense. It is important that returned goods are packed well to avoid damage in transit.
